Return Policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final on these products (we cannot determine that you have not downloaded and used them once the transaction is completed, since you are provided with a download link immediately).  Therefore, please be sure that you want to use the product before you finalize your purchase.  You may reach out with any questions prior to purchase at support@laurierusselldesign.com (we reply within 2 business days).  A sample digital planner is available to test/try for free at this page.

PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCTS

Since each product is made when you order and I don't keep inventory, returns are generally not accepted.  If there is an issue with your item (bad print quality, shipping damage, etc.), please contact me via email (support@laurierusselldesign.com) to initiate a Return Authorization Number.  No returns/exchanges will be accepted without this.

SHIPPING (PRINT ON DEMAND)

Please check the specific item information for shipping estimates, but most products should arrive within 10-14 days.  You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
